Zardari on Terrorism

[State-sponsored terrorism, like state-sponsored spying, is nothing new or extraordinary. Though customarily the CIA used to singled out. Indian involvement in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh is too well-known. Even Bangladesh indulges in. (If India backs the insurgent Chakmas, Bangladesh pays back by helping out the ULFA. Or, vice versa.) These are the standard games that the states play.

What, however, is extraordinary here is Zardari's "frank admission". The move deserves to be carefully deciphered.
