This refers to the voyage of Christopher Columbus. He didn’t have money to buy his boat to commence an expensive journey of his time. He didn’t know where he was going in rough sea. He didn’t know where he was when he got there. He thought the place was India. He didn’t even know where he had been when he returned back to Spain. Today he is considered the discoverer of America. And he accomplished it on borrowed money from traders. He faced hard time paying them back because the journey was a wash.
How he did what he did? He must have trusted his feelings inside him. He must have thought that his feelings were superior to the circumstances that he was facing regarding his expedition.
